Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from our studio in Sri Lanka. Local holidays and festivals can occasionally add a short delay.
- Sri Lanka orders ship directly from the studio.
- International orders ship from Sri Lanka by DHL Express or Registered Post.
- Standard shipping is free worldwide with Registered Post. Delivery time depends on the destination.
- DHL Express is about $45 on orders under $450, and usually arrives within 5 business days worldwide.
- DHL Express is free on orders over $450.
A tracking number is emailed once the order ships. If it does not arrive, write to info@cocomowear.com. Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- They must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. A receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Slight differences in print or texture come from our off-cut, small-batch process and are not treated as defects.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The customer pays return shipping, unless the item is wrong or arrived damaged. Contact us straight away in those cases and we cover the return.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. If the piece was a gift, the refund is store credit.
- Exchanges depend on what is still in stock. Limited runs mean the same print or style may no longer be available.
