Order Processing

We process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. Our production hub is based in Sri Lanka, so:

Local Orders (Sri Lanka): Shipped directly from our Sri Lanka studio.
International Orders: Shipped from Sri Lanka via DHL Express or Registered Post.

Please note: Local holidays and festivals may occasionally cause delays.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Didn’t get it? Contact us at info@cocomowear.com. You can track DHL shipments at www.dhl.com.

Shipping Options & Rates

Free Standard Shipping Worldwide via Registered Post (delivery times vary by country).
DHL Express Shipping: Approx. $45 for orders under $450. Delivery within 5 business days worldwide.
Free DHL Express Shipping on orders over $450.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
