Returns

  • Time Frame: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Please note that variations in print and slight imperfections are part of the charm of our sustainable process and are not considered defects.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.


Exchanges

  • Availability: Due to limited runs and unique designs, exchanges depend on stock availability. We cannot guarantee the same print or style but will do our best to assist you.

  • How It Works: Please return your original item following the steps above and place a new order for your preferred piece.


Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • Silk & Delicate Fabrics: Handle with care. We are not responsible for damages after purchase.

  • Sustainable Fabrics: We use factory offcuts to reduce waste, so variations in print or texture are expected and celebrated.


Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Wrong Item: If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately—we’ll cover the return shipping in these cases.


Other Details

  • Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gifts: If the item was a gift, you’ll receive store credit once the return is processed.
