  • Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags attached. Please note that due to our use of factory offcuts, variations in prints and imperfections are normal and part of each item's unique charm.

  • Proof of Purchase: All returns and exchanges require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to item availability. Due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot guarantee item availability but will strive to meet your needs.

  • Process: For exchanges, please return the original item per the guidelines above and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Special Considerations

  • Silk Products: As we work with delicate materials like silk, we encourage customers to handle these items carefully. We do not take responsibility for damage after purchase, as each individual must care for silk products.

  • Factory Offcuts: Due to our sustainable use of factory offcuts, some variations in prints and textures are normal and are not considered defects.

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Shipping Refunds: If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us immediately. We will cover the shipping costs for such cases.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

  • Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
