  • MOQ: The minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases is 50 pieces.

  • Pricing: We offer a fixed 40% discount off retail prices for our wholesale partners.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is convenient and secure with our pay-on-delivery option.

  • Incentives: For first-time orders over $4500, they will receive complimentary beach bags to offer to their customers.

Ordering and Fulfillment

  • How to Order: Place your wholesale orders directly through email at info@cocomowear.com.

  • Lead Time: Expect delivery within 21 working days for larger orders and within 5 working days for smaller orders.

  • Shipping: Shipping is conducted via DHL Express worldwide, with costs covered by the buyer.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges for any faulty products, ensuring your utmost satisfaction with our quality.

  • Revenue Share: Receive 25% of the retail price for each sale.

  • Duration: Our consignment agreement spans 120 days, ensuring you have ample time to showcase our vibrant collection.

  • Inventory Rotation: We refresh consigned inventory every 30 days upon request, keeping your offerings exciting and new.

Product Selection

  • Versatile Offerings: From our easy-to-try one-size kimonos to the full range of products, we cater to spaces of all types, even those without dressing rooms.

  • Inventory Management: Utilize our shared Excel file on Drive for efficient stock management and sales tracking.

Shipping and Handling

  • Shipping Costs: In Sri Lanka, South Africa, and Hungary, we cover shipping costs. For other countries, it's negotiable based on order quantity.

  • Unsold Inventory: We swap out unsold items free of charge after 60 to 120 days, ensuring your selection remains fresh and appealing.

  • Promotional Materials: Benefit from free pictures, displays, and branded shopping bags to enhance in-store experience.

  • Brand Usage: You're encouraged to use our brand name and imagery in your marketing efforts, aligning with our mutual goals.
